The objective of this role is to carry out administrative functions in support of NTIA, as described below. The tasks to be performed are directly related to achieving the NTIA mission areas.
The National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA), located within the Department of Commerce is the Executive Branch agency that is principally responsible by law for advising the President on telecommunications and information policy issues. NTIA's programs and policymaking focus largely on expanding broadband Internet access and adoption in America, expanding the use of spectrum by all users, and ensuring that the Internet remains an engine for continued innovation and economic growth. These goals are critical to America's competitiveness in the 21st century global economy and to addressing many of the nation's most pressing needs, such as improving education, health care, and public safety.
Manage and facilitate all forms of correspondence for the executive, acting as the first point of contact.
Draft executive correspondence and prepare reports, ensuring high standards of verbal and written communication.
Operate general office equipment and use Office Suite software applications proficiently.
Oversee the executive's schedule, managing calendars, appointments, and meetings.
Manage sensitive information with discretion, adhering to confidentiality requirements.
Oversee the administration of specialized programs within the executive's purview.
Act on behalf of the executive when authorized.

Under this task order, the Contractor is responsible for conducting business, Monday through Friday during normal business hours except Federal holidays or when the Government facility is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government directed facility closings.
Period of Performance:
This contract shall have a period of performance of 1 year from award.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered.
